Being Thankful

This is the most beautiful TV ad ever. I don't know how many times I've watched it, but I laugh and cry every single time. A little something to get you into that holiday spirit and to remind ourselves of the beautiful and important things in life.

This Thanksgiving we have to be thankful for many things.

I know I am very thankful first of all for my husband and kids. They are my biggest joy and inspiration and for all my family and loved ones good health.

I'm also thankful for my wonderful friends and online buddies. It's a lovely community filled with creative, supportive and sensitive people. I love that.

I'm thankful for the publishing industry. For making beautiful children's books that help spark those little minds. I wouldn't be making a living if it weren't for them and I wouldn't feel as happy and complete as I do now.

And of course, I'm thankful for my PBJunkies. What would I do without them?
I'm also thankful for my dogs wet kisses, and coffee.. and chocolate.
Oh, and air conditioning!
Ok, that's it, I promise. :o)

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Alicia! Thank YOU for sharing this post… for the most part commercials are justing annoying and loud, but every once in a while one comes along that grabs you by the heartstrings and tugs - this is a great one. :)

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!

Thanks so much Ggina... I feel the same way! xo :

Melinda sorry for the typos! I meant to say "well" and "wonderful" and MacDeb, I meant to say "live" in the UK, not "like".. Oh boy.. maybe I should start drinking more coffee in the mornings.. LOL sorry.
