Weekly Theme: "Favorite Toys"

I could probably play Legos all day long, if someone would let me. I can outlast my son for sure. Building houses is really my only interest. Something about Legos brings out the Jr. Architect in me.

The other thing we love doing is to lie on the floor with our crayons and paper. This actually can be useful, regarding work. I dream up lots of ideas when I'm doodling with crayons, so I end up saving many scraps of doodled-on paper for later revision. Some of my best work began this way. Something about hanging out with your baby, laughing, making giant, sweeping strokes, and not worrying about cost of materials definitely helps free up my creativity.
