Project Management

I recently updated my workspace, and one of the best features of the overhaul is this fantastic 8-foot magnetic white board my dad got for me.

I use it for keeping track of projects, due dates, ideas, to-do's, lists, and notes, and it makes a fabulous place to hang thumbnails, sketches, and storyboards of in-progress projects.

In the lower, right hand corner of the white board, you can see a very colorful and marked-up piece of paper. This is how I keep track of my progress on individual projects. I can't tell you how much I enjoy crossing stuff off my list.
